Description
Chile Catarina is similar to the Cascabel, with a softer skin. Its aroma reminds citrus and has a similar taste to the Guajillo pepper. Skin is less leathery than the guajillo and tastes a bit more smokey. The spiciness is on the tip of the tongue and lips.
